Litigation support

Litigation represents the factual presentation of economic issues related to existing or pending litigation. In this capacity, the Forensic CPA quantifies damages sustained by parties involved in legal disputes and can assist in resolving disputes before they reach the courtroom. If a dispute reaches the courtroom, the Forensic CPA may testify as an expert witness. Knowledge of the courtroom sets the Forensic CPA apart from a typical accountant or CPA.

Susan Brown performs a broad array of litigation services, including work pertaining to financial and accounting investigations, pleadings, factual discovery, motions, expert discovery and testimony, trial preparation, expert witness at trial, settlements, appeals, alternative dispute resolution, among other services.
